User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your MFY account data at any time. We will process your request and confirm once it is complete.

How to request deletion

1. Contact us with the subject line: Delete my MFY data
2. Include the email address you used for your MFY account

What happens next

MFY will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and email you once your data has been deleted.

Limited retention

Some limited information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record purposes.
