Who can use MFY

When using MFY, you agree to:

The service

You may sign in using providers such as Google or Facebook. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached, if required for security, or if an organisation withdraws your access. You may request account data deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
Disclaimer
MFY is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MFY is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law in New Zealand.
